Returns

Before buying the item, make sure that it is the one you would really like to see in your home.
Make sure that the size and style suit your interior. Paintings may be easily damaged during the transit so, if you have any doubts or questions about the item, feel free to contact us instead of ordering the item and sending it back because it finally does not satisfy you.

If, after all, you are not happy with your purchase, you have 14 days after the delivery to contact us and to return the item.

The item must be carefully packed to resist to any external shocks and be protected from any humidity.

The return shipping fees are on customer’s charge. We also would advise you to buy an insurance which covers any transit damages and consider using a trackable shipping service.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

The returned item must be in a perfect condition otherwise no refund will be done. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
