All orders are shipped from France.
We currentlys ship to the following countries: EU, UK, Norway, Switzerland, Albania, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Iceland, mainland US, Canada, Israel, Japan, UAE, Qatar, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand. If your country is not on this list, please feel free, to contact us, we will do our best to find a solution.
We provide a free standard shipping to all the destinations indicated here above. The delivery time may vary from one destination to another from a couple of days to 4-6 weeks. The approximate delivery time for your locaiton will be indicated during your check out.
Express delivery is free for the following destinations: France, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Monaco, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK.
For other destinations, you can upgrade your shipping method. The cost as well as the approximate delivery time will be indicated during your check out. If you reside outside EU, we highly recommend you to upgrade your shipping method (it will enable a much faster delivery and customs treatment if any).
Import taxes and duty fees may apply in your country. Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Any item returned due to refusal to pay these fees will not be refunded.
If you do not collect your parcel within a reasonable time in your post office (or any other place indicated by the shipping company) and your parcel is returned back as an unclaimed item, no refund will be made.
Our paintings are packed in a multilayer package. It is important for us that you receive the order completely intact. Please note, that we can not be responsible for any damages occured diring the transit. If you receive a damaged parcel, please immediately file a claim within the shipping company. Please, make detailed photos or videos of the damaged parcel. Any claim with no evidence will be rejected.
The delivery time depends on the country of your residence and the chosen delivery method : it may vary from a couple of days if you live in France to a month (or even more) for some far distant countries. We will send you the tracking number so you will be able to track your parcel online.
